In Home Service
Due to the size of pianos, we offer extensive in home repairs. I carry all necessary tools and many parts, so we can perform as many repairs as possible right in your home.
After a discussion about your pianos symptoms, I can be sure to bring what is needed to make timely repairs in your home.
If an in home repair is not possible, we can bring almost any part back to the shop for proper repair.

I joined the Piano Technicians Guild as a Registered Piano Technician in 1982 and have been perfecting the fine art of piano tuning and restoration while keeping up with latest technological advancements for over 30 years. Read more about my background here.

Our service area includes all of Connecticut and the surrounding states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and New York.
Many repairs can be done remotely in our full service shop. It may be possible to ship the defective part to our shop, where we can then assess it and perform necessary repairs and send it back.
